Nugent Cantileno

Producer, Director, Writer, Media Professional

Nugent Cantileno grew up on Long Island, New York where he attended Chaminade High School and LIU Post, graduating with a BFA in film and journalism. Throughout his college career, Nugent held three internships with News Corporation - Fox News Channel where he worked in the documentary unit, on the late night talk show “Red Eye with Greg Gutfeld,” and in the New York Bureau having the opportunity to attend red carpet events and assist in field news production. Nugent’s also had the chance to work on professional film sets. He’s worked as a Production Assistant on the Tribeca film Detachment (Dir. Tony Kaye) starring Academy Award winner Adrien Brody, My Cross to Bear (post production short film), and as an assistant production manager on "Sexy Daddy," a FunnyorDie.com skit. Nugent produced a multitude of short independent films with The Majors Productions, including his own directorial debut Tilt of a Rose, which is now being circulated to film festivals. He produced The Last Taxi Driver and Leaving, and worked as assistant director on both. He is also a freelance writer for Maxim.com.
